Phillies Sign Craig Kimbrel

Phillies GM Dave Dombrowsky has done it again. The Phillies sign Craig Kimbrel to one-year $10mm contract.

This is the type of signing Phillies fans have been looking for. In an active off-season where we saw Trea Turner and Taijuan Walker choose The Phillies over other suitors, it looks like the back end of our bullpen just got better and the Phillies Sign Craig Kimbrel.

Kimbrel with Seranthony Dominguez and Jose Alvarado sures up the end of game relief situations the Phillies have faced in recent years. (Remember all those times we held our collective breath with closers coming in the game?)

Bravo Dave for assembling a team that is more than ready to compete in the 2023 Baseball Season. We can’t wait for this season to begin, (Pitchers and Catchers report to Clearwater in 50+ days.)
